About this role

Job DetailsJob Location: Kearny, NJ 07032Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 Salary/yearAbout Us – Mission & Values All In Solutions was founded by a team of compassionate professionals who believe long-term recovery from addiction is possible. Our mission is to provide high-quality substance use treatment and support services that help clients achieve lasting sobriety. We strive to be a trusted leader in behavioral healthcare, supporting personal growth in a safe, healthy environment. The Role We are seeking a high-energy, organized, and clinically savvy Case Manager to join our inpatient team. This is a fast-paced role specifically designed for a professional who thrives in a hospital or residential clinical setting. Unlike field based case management, this position is centered on the immediate, high-acuity needs of clients in the early stages of detox and short-term residential care. You will be the "glue" that holds the client’s treatment episode together—managing everything from the clinical documentation to the delicate interpersonal work of keeping a client engaged when they feel like leaving. Shift Availability Tuesday-Saturday: 8am-4:30pm Core Responsibilities Treatment Planning & Clinical Integration: Actively participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to develop and update individualized service plans. Retention & AMA Blocking: Use clinical intervention and rapport-building skills to de-escalate clients and prevent "Against Medical Advice" (AMA) discharges, ensuring they stay for the full course of necessary treatment. Family Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for families, providing regular progress updates and coordinating their involvement in the recovery process. Administrative Oversight: Maintain meticulous organization of client personal information, legal documentation, and personal property. Resource Coordination: Streamline internal transitions (Detox to Residential) and coordinate external referrals for legal aid, medical care, or long-term aftercare. Compliance: Maintain timely, high-quality documentation in our EHR system in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards. QualificationsQualifications Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience specifically within an inpatient detox or residential treatment facility. We are looking for candidates comfortable with the pace of a facility setting rather than community-based/home-visit experience. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus. Crisis Management: Proven ability to provide "on-the-spot" crisis intervention and problem-solving. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive family dynamics and difficult client behaviors with empathy and professionalism. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and high attention to detail regarding client files and personal property inventory. Your skills. Our mission. A brighter future for recovery. Ready to use your expertise to clear the path for life-changing recovery? Join our growing team. Apply now and be ALL IN!
