About the Role
As a Dental Hygienist at Noble, you’ll play a vital role in promoting oral health and preventing dental diseases. You’ll be a key part of a compassionate dental team, delivering care that goes beyond the chair.
What You’ll Do
* Conduct Patient Screenings – Assess oral health, review medical histories, and identify potential concerns * Perform Dental Cleanings – Remove plaque, tartar, and stains with precision and care * Educate Patients – Provide personalized guidance on brushing, flossing, nutrition, and more * Take X-rays & Diagnostics – Capture quality images to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning * Apply Preventive Treatments – Administer fluoride and sealants to protect teeth * Support the Dentist – Assist during procedures and ensure a comfortable patient experience

What We’re Looking For
* Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program * Valid State of Wisconsin Dental Hygienist License * 1+ year of experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Team-oriented with excellent patient care skills * Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
