Inova Physical Therapy – Springfield is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. This role will be a Full Time, Day Shift. Clinic Hours are Monday - Thursday 7am-7pm, Friday 7am-4pm (2 evening shifts until 7pm required)

Physical Therapist (PT) Job Responsibilities:
* Demonstrates essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities, equipment, and protocols. * Performs re-evaluations according to department guidelines while adjusting treatment plans accordingly. * Adheres to department policies regarding the timeframe, form, and content of written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries. * Gives appropriate instruction and supervision to assistive personnel consistent with program/clinic policies and regulatory requirements. * Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy * Licensure: Physical Therapist upon start (VA licensure or compact privileges are acceptable) * Certification: BLS through the American Heart Association upon start
Preferred Qualifications:
* Physical Therapist (PT) experience * Vestibular experience
