Developmental Disabilities Nurse - RN- Every other weekend 7a-7p Monroe, OH RN: $35-$36/hr At ViaQuest Residential Services we provide quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Responsibilities may include: · Performing duties as outlined in the plan of care such as Medication Administration, Personal Care, Light Housekeeping and day to day support. · 2:2 Ratio of individuals through a consistent caseload. · Effectively communicating updates and changes to patient's status to the supervising RN. · Maintaining a safe patient environment. · Providing emotional and social support and compassionate care to patients. · Maintaining current patient records and progress notes. · Working as a member of the interdisciplinary team. · Developing and establishing a plan of care with physician.
Requirements for this position include: · Minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent in Nursing from an accredited nursing program. · RN license. · Nursing experience within Home Care/ Home Health, Private Duty Nursing, Long Term Care, or Disability Services is a plus but not required · Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
