Description Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-Time, Pay Per Visit
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a part-time basis, providing high-quality patient care through a pay-per-visit compensation structure. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes or healthcare facilities according to physician orders and care plans - Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document findings accurately - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort - Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and post-treatment care - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update individualized care plans - Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of visits, treatments, and patient progress - Adhere to all healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards
Skills and Qualifications: - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice - Proven experience in home health, outpatient, or clinical nursing preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong assessment and critical thinking skills - Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license - Flexibility to accommodate a variable schedule based on patient needs

Requirements Related Competencies Language Skills: Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business practices, policies and procedures, professional journals, technical guidelines, and governmental regulations. Must be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Must be able to provide guidance and direction accurately and clearly to Company staff and employees. Business Acumen: Proactively identify Company risks and institute policies and/or procedures to ensure compliance using related law and industry data. Decision Making: Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; possess ability to analyze data from different sources to draw conclusions; utilize effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences. Other Requirements: Maintain current state licensure. Maintain current liability and malpractice insurance, if applicable. Education/Training Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field preferred, current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice professional nursing in each state where patient care is supervised, current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
