Responsibilities may include: * Serve as a member of the interdisciplinary team * Assess and care for individuals in their residence * Assure the health and safety of all individuals and promote his/her self-esteem * Assist in employee development and site training of peers as requested * Assist individual in learning appropriate self-care techniques * Development, oversight and maintenance of the wellness coordination plan under the direct supervision of the assigned RN * Responsible for the supplementation of nursing care needs of the individuals served as directed by the appropriate RN. * Administer and instruct administration of medication
Requirements for this position include: * Graduate of an accredited nursing program. * Indiana RN license. * Acceptable background check * Auto Insurance * Valid Driver's License that meets company insurance guidelines. * Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area. * Possess a sincere desire to provide service and support to those in need * Ability to make sound judgements * Preferably has experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
