Coverage Area: Apopka / Seminole/Northwest Orange County, FL (Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)
Compensation & Earning Potential
* Pay-per-visit model: $45–$50 per visit * Average earnings: $80K-$90K+ annually * Mileage reimbursement + data plan stipend

Your Role as a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant
* Provide hands-on therapeutic care following the plan of care established by the Physical Therapist * Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence * Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams * Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT * Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools

Qualifications
* Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license * Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance * Home health experience preferred, but not required
