Compensation & Earning Potential
* Pay-per-visit model: $45–$51 per visit + Medicare differential pay * Average full-time earnings: $85K+ annually * Quarterly bonus opportunities * Mileage reimbursement

Your Role as a Home Health Registered Nurse
* Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans * Provide skilled nursing care and patient education * Coordinate care with physicians and indisciplinary teams * Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed * Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools

Qualifications
* Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license * Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance * Home health experience preferred, but not required
