Full-time positions available from 3p-11p, part-time for 11-7 plus extra shift differential
POOL rates are 23.50-25.50
Key Responsibilities: - Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility - Monitor and document residents’ health status and report any changes to nursing staff - Provide emotional support and companionship to residents - Assist with feeding residents and ensure their nutritional needs are met - Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff - Follow all safety and infection control protocols - Support the nursing team with routine tasks and patient care activities Join our dedicated team and contribute to creating a caring environment where residents feel valued and supported. Requirements Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Must be 18 years or older - Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program - Current state certification/license required - Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude - Ability to work effectively as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting and assisting residents
