* CNAs start at $16.50, PRN $20 * Premium Rates available

CARE PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES:
* assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and ambulation assistance * taking initiative at client's homes & engaging in social activities * effectively documenting client changes * effectively communicating with team * providing a positive & professional experience to our clients
CAREGIVER REQUIREMENTS:
* 2 years relevant caregiver experience preferred * current auto liability required * personal vehicle required * valid driver's license required
