Hiring for Full-time Physical Therapist
Helping Children Discover What Their Bodies Can Do
Imagine this...
A little boy takes three independent steps toward his mom.
Everyone in the room holds their breath.
Then he does it again.
His mom starts crying.
You probably do too.
Those moments remind us why pediatric physical therapy is so much more than strengthening muscles or improving balance.
It's about helping children experience the world with greater confidence, independence, and joy.
At Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy, we're looking for a Physical Therapist who believes movement should be challenging, meaningful, and fun.
Your days might include...
Cheering a child through their first successful jump.
Helping another confidently climb the playground ladder.
Supporting a toddler as they learn to walk.
Collaborating with Occupational Therapists on postural control or with Speech-Language Pathologists to create engaging, whole-child therapy experiences.
Every day brings new challenges—and new reasons to celebrate.
For therapists who enjoy variety, there are also opportunities to provide Early Intervention services (birth through age three) through in-home visits or telehealth, helping children build foundational movement skills within their everyday routines.
What makes Chatterbox different?
We believe movement happens best through motivation.
You'll have access to pediatric therapy equipment, engaging treatment spaces, and a team that encourages creativity—not cookie-cutter treatment plans.
We value collaboration because no child fits neatly into one discipline.
Here, you'll never feel like you're practicing alone.
You might be a great fit if...
You love seeing children gain confidence through movement.
You celebrate progress more than perfection.
You enjoy collaborating across disciplines.
You believe family education is just as important as therapy itself.
You're looking for a place to grow—not just another job.
