Remote LCSW Therapist | Full-Time Telehealth Position in Georgia Position Details Location: Georgia Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker position gives Georgia-based clients access to therapy through a secure remote care model. The role involves providing clinical support, helping clients work through personal and emotional challenges, and documenting care in a clear and timely manner. You will spend your time in direct therapy sessions, completing intakes, setting goals with clients, reviewing progress, and helping individuals build healthier coping skills. This is a practical, hands-on clinical role for an LCSW who wants to provide telehealth care without losing the structure of a full-time position. Responsibilities Provide remote therapy services to clients using a secure telehealth system Complete intake evaluations and gather relevant clinical background Help clients define treatment goals and identify next steps in care Deliver therapy for common mental health concerns within your clinical scope Maintain organized records, progress notes, and treatment plan updates Monitor client response to treatment and adjust care when needed Address safety or risk concerns using established clinical procedures Protect client privacy in every aspect of remote service delivery Manage scheduled sessions with professionalism and consistency Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Georgia Previous clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Comfortable providing care through telehealth platforms Ability to maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA standards Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full-time remote role Stable weekday schedule Competitive annual salary If you are ready for a full-time remote LCSW position serving clients in Georgia, we would be glad to review your resume.
