What You’ll Do (At-a-Glance)

Lead the Branch

* Own branch performance, growth strategy, and operations  * Build and execute a local business plan  * Align clinical, operational, and sales efforts 

Build & Develop Your Team

* Recruit, hire, and retain top clinical talent  * Coach and develop staff for high performance  * Foster a strong, accountable, and collaborative culture 

Drive Results & Patient Experience

* Ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes  * Partner cross-functionally to grow market share  * Improve patient satisfaction and care delivery 

What You Bring

* Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)  * 1+ year leadership experience in home health (Supervisor or DON level)  * Strong understanding of home health regulations & compliance  * Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance  * Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
