Coverage Area: Sumter County, FL 32159 (Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)
Compensation & Earning Potential
* Pay-per-visit model: $70+ per visit + Medicare differential pay * Average full-time earnings: $95,000 – $120,000+ * Quarterly bonus opportunities * Mileage reimbursement + data plan stipend

Your Role as a Home Health Physical Therapist
* Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans * Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training * Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery * Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams * Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) * Complete documentation using streamlined technology
