Overview
At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you will be supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients * Develop and follow individualized care plans * Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates * Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams * Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements
Qualifications
* Current LPN license in the state of [KS] * Current CPR certification * Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle * Home health experience preferred but not required * Must pass pre-employment screenings
