YOUR OBJECTIVES Match nurses with clients and build dependable schedules Manage and update scheduling systems Communicate with nurses, caregivers, clients, and families Solve scheduling problems and last-minute changes Support your team and jump in when needed YOUR PLAYER STATS Communication: Strong Multitasking: Expert Problem Solving: Quick Thinker Organization: On Point Teamwork: Team Player Experience in customer service, call centers, scheduling, staffing, or office coordination is preferred. Healthcare experience is a bonus — not required.
