About this role
Field Nurses are a critical part of the agency and must have experience working in the home health setting. We are looking for individuals that are versatile and dependable. Individuals must have the following:
* Must hold a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse from the Virginia Board of Nursing. * Must have experience working in a home care agency.
Job Duties:
* Complete patient care duties. * Follow patient plan of care and reevaluate as necessary. * Work scheduled shift to perform patient duties. * Complete clinical nurse notes in their entirety. * Complete skilled care services as applicable. * Additional duties as assigned.
