Company Description Physical Therapist Assistant – Sports & Active Population SPT – Lake Stevens | Outpatient Orthopedic & Performance PT SPT Lake Stevens is a sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic built for clinicians who want to grow, stay engaged, and deliver high-quality care to active adults and athletes. We operate in an open-gym, movement-focused environment centered on active rehab, progressive loading, and real-world outcomes—not passive, volume-driven care. You’ll work closely with the Physical Therapist and Clinic Director with clear expectations, strong communication, and ongoing support.
