About this role

* Performing comprehensive assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and patient history. * Administering medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed, with proper monitoring and documentation. * Developing and implementing individualized care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs. * Providing patient education and discharge planning to promote self-management and adherence to treatment plans. * Effectively communicating with physicians, other healthcare providers, and patients/families, ensuring smooth and coordinated care. * Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records, including assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
