SCHEDULE
Full-Time 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - No required oncall, no required holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide compassionate direct and indirect nursing care to homecare patients and families throughout the service area * Deliver nursing services including assessments, symptom management, preventative care, education, and time-of-death care according to the plan of care * Work collaboratively across homecare teams to provide daily visits in patient homes, long-term care facilities, and assisted living facilities * Complete assigned visits per day or as determined by clinical leadership based on patient acuity * Communicate appropriately and promptly with physicians and other clinicians to support patient and family needs * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and physician orders within the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
QUALIFICATIONS
* Current North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license required * Strong nursing assessment and critical thinking skills * Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities * Exceptional customer service and communication skills * Ability to foster a positive culture built on respect, compassion, and teamwork * Experience with electronic medical records required; Axxess EMR experience preferred
