Responsibilities - Independently perform a variety of radiation therapy treatments, simulations, and treatment planning under physician prescriptions. - Proficient operation of a Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator and ARIA EMR; manage treatment setup for all sites and deliver prescribed modalities. - Treat 25–30 patients per day using 3D, IMRT, SBRT, and electron techniques; handle setup across treatment sites in a comprehensive cancer program. - Conduct simulations and fabricate specialized treatment aides as directed; ensure accuracy of prescription parameters and patient alignment. - Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR, monitor patient status, and communicate findings and changes to the oncology team. - Adhere to safety, quality assurance, and regulatory standards; participate in multidisciplinary teamwork and patient-centered care.

Requirements - Hawaii license as a Radiologic Technologist (Radiation Therapist) and by-start eligibility for Hawaii licensure. - ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (T). - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible imaging technologist/specialist experience. - Proficiency with Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator and ARIA EMR. - Demonstrated ability to treat 25–30 patients per day; able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Comfortable providing age-appropriate care across the life span and collaborating with oncology staff.
