About this role
Under the supervision of the Ambulatory Patient Care Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) in the Hematology, Blood & Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapy Clinic is responsible for providing direct and indirect clinical care to adult outpatients who have a variety of hematologic, immunologic, and oncologic conditions.

The nurse performs ongoing assessments and modifies the care planning process as needed, to ensure continuity of care between inpatient, outpatient, homecare, home, and multiple providers. The RN is actively involved in patient, staff and provider education. The nurse participates in clinical research activities within the program and incorporates research findings into planning and implementation of care.
