Pay: $50.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday | Mon & Thurs 10:30am-12:30pm (Snellville), Mon-Fri 4:30p-6:30p (Conyers)
Hours: 30+

WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes * Travel to multiple client locations in the Woodstock area * Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage care plans * Educate patients and families on treatment and wellness * Collaborate with a supportive and experienced care team

SCHEDULE
* Full-time: 30+ hours per week * Day shifts (Monday – Friday) * Every other weekend required

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license * Willingness to travel between client homes * Strong clinical and organizational skills * Compassionate, patient-focused approach * Home health experience is a plus, but not required
