Full-Time LCSW - Remote Therapy Opportunity Location and Role Details Location: Wilmington, Delaware Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary This is a client-facing remote therapy role for a LCSW who wants dependable full-time work and a clear clinical focus. You will provide virtual sessions, assess client needs, and help clients move through clinical social work, mental health counseling, case-informed care, and client advocacy with care, structure, and realistic goals. This position is a strong fit for a clinician who understands how mental health, stress, systems, and practical barriers can affect a client’s progress. Responsibilities · Hold scheduled telehealth sessions with clients and provide practical therapeutic guidance · Consider psychosocial factors, support systems, stressors, and client strengths during care planning · Assess client concerns and translate them into clear treatment priorities · Maintain clinical notes that reflect interventions, progress, and next steps · Support clients with skill-building, reflection, and behavior change strategies · Protect client privacy and maintain a professional virtual care setting · Active Delaware LCSW license in good standing · Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensure · Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role · A warm, ethical, and organized approach to therapy in a virtual setting. · Experience with clinical social work, therapy, psychosocial assessment, or care planning is helpful. · 2 weeks PTO · Health Insurance · 401K Plan with 3% Company Match · Remote work structure designed for licensed clinicians Continue your behavioral health career in a full-time remote role built around steady, ethical care.
