Pay: Starting at $26+/hour for LPNs, depending on experience
$1500 Sign On Bonus
ABOUT THE ROLE
Epworth Villa is seeking compassionate, skilled LPNs who are passionate about delivering exceptional care. In this role, you will be an essential member of a collaborative clinical team, combining strong nursing judgment with genuine compassion to ensure residents feel safe, respected, and well cared for each day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans.
* Provide clear direction and support to CNAs, CMAs, and fellow team members to ensure coordinated care.
* Monitor resident conditions, respond promptly to changes, and communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
* Oversee medication administration and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
* Conduct routine resident rounds to promote safety, comfort, and overall care excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified candidates will bring:
* Active Oklahoma LPN license (required).
* Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience, including charge nurse responsibilities.
* Current CPR/First Aid certification through the American Heart Association.
