Blue Stone Therapy is launching a brand-new outpatient therapy program at Peaceful Pines of Mitchell in Mitchell, SD, and we're building our therapy team from the ground up.

What You’ll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, and functional mobility Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to support safe, independent living Educate patients and caregivers on treatment techniques and home programs Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care Complete timely, accurate documentation Support the development of a patient-focused outpatient therapy program Requirements Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in South Dakota
