What You'll Do Provide hands-on, direct resident care Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor residents and communicate changes promptly Partner with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary care team Maintain accurate and timely documentation What We're Looking For Active LPN license (required) Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused Strong attention to detail and resident safety Long-term care experience is a plus-but we're happy to train the right person Why Join Augusta Health and Rehabilitation?
