Client Service Location: Rock Hill, South Carolina We are currently seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced caregiver to assist a 77-year-old female client with her daily personal care needs.
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No Weekends) Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 6 hours per day, preferably 9:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–2:00 PM. Tuesday & Thursday: 4.5 hours per day, preferably 9:00 AM–1:30 PM. Total: 27 hours per week. Caregiver Responsibilities: Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Assistance with getting in and out of the shower and personal hygiene. Fall prevention and mobility assistance. Assistance with safe transfers. Running errands and assisting with daily needs. Must be physically capable of safely lifting and replacing 5-gallon water bottles for the client's water dispenser. Client's Medical Conditions & Mobility Needs: Currently receiving dialysis (since December). Rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis. Atrial fibrillation (AFib). Uses a walker for mobility. Requires assistance with transfers and fall prevention. Important Information: The client has a Shih Tzu service dog in her home for health-related assistance. The caregiver must be comfortable working in a home with a service dog.
