Job Summary We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities - Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals - Collect and record data on client progress and behavior - Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals - Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach - Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills - Maintain a safe and positive therapeutic environment
Experience - Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred - Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques - Knowledge of behavior management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques - Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement behavior plans accurately - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
