Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary: $83,000 – $109,000 / year (based on experience and market factors) Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations! [varies by location] Financial Wellness & Professional Support 401(k) with company contribution Reimbursement for professional dues and license renewals Reimbursement for endurance race entry fees What You’ll Do: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment. Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
