Nurse Manager – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Southern Florida | On-Site Full-Time | Permanent Competitive Hourly Compensation + Sign-On Bonus A leading healthcare organization in Southern Florida is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager – ICU to lead a high-acuity intensive care unit caring for critically ill adult patients. This leadership role is responsible for ICU operations, clinical oversight, staff development, patient care coordination, and driving quality outcomes within a fast-paced environment.
