University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality care to clients in Livonia, MI. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily living activities and enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of assistance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting * Provide medication reminders and help manage medication schedules * Support clients with mobility and transferring as needed * Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary * Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errands * Provide companionship and emotional support to clients * Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to supervisors * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
REQUIREMENTS
* Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus * Ability to pass background checks * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate attitude * Ability to work independently and follow care plans * Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
