About the Position:
As a Treatment Nurse at Stillwater Post-Acute, you will provide compassionate care to our residents by administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. Working under the supervision of registered nurses, you'll collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by the physician or Registered Nurse (RN). * Monitor patients' conditions and report any significant changes to the healthcare team. * Perform wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and bandaging as needed. * Assist with patient assessments and documentation of treatment plans.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Current LVN license in California.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Compassionate and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
Part-time Schedule:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday or
Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
Salary: $40 - $45 (Depending on Experience)
