CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA) – NURSING HOME
Full-Time | 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. | Rotating Weekends & Holidays

Are you a compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional care? Hopedale Medical Complex is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our Nursing Home team. In this role, you'll provide hands-on resident care while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team committed to delivering quality, resident-centered care.
This position is primarily based in our Nursing Home. Cross-training and occasional floating to the Hospital and Commons Assisted Living Facility may be required based on resident care needs and staffing requirements.

SCHEDULE
* Full-time * 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. * Rotating weekends and holidays
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Assist licensed nursing staff in providing compassionate, high-quality resident care. * Provide direct care under the supervision of an RN or LPN while maintaining resident comfort, dignity, and safety. * Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals. * Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff. * Follow individualized care plans and nursing instructions. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment while following infection prevention and safety protocols. * Protect resident privacy by maintaining HIPAA compliance. * Participate in required training, continuing education, and competency development.
QUALIFICATIONS
* High school diploma or equivalent required. * Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. * Current CPR certification required. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team. * Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. * Willingness to cross-train and float to other Hopedale Medical Complex departments as needed.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Employment is contingent upon successfully completing:
* Federal and State criminal background checks. * Drug and alcohol screening.
