Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Lynn, Massachusetts.

POSITION OVERVIEW • PACE Registered Nurse role supporting older adults across outpatient and community-based care settings • Opportunity to provide direct nursing care, complete assessments, and develop individualized care plans promoting patient independence • Blend of clinic-based and home/community-focused nursing responsibilities • Collaborative interdisciplinary care model with strong nursing autonomy • Mission-driven senior care environment focused on long-term patient relationships and quality outcomes

SCHEDULE • Monday-Friday schedule • 8:00 AM-4:00 PM hours • No weekends • No call responsibilities mentioned • Combination of clinic and community-based care

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base salary: $80,000-$104,000 annually based on experience • Health insurance with 75% employer-paid premium • Dental and vision insurance • 26 days paid time off (15 vacation, 10 sick, 1 personal day) • 13 paid holidays • 403(b) retirement plan • Mileage reimbursement • Life insurance coverage • Short-term and long-term disability coverage • 3 CME days with $3,000 reimbursement • License renewal reimbursement

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide direct nursing care to geriatric patient population • Complete initial and ongoing patient assessments • Develop individualized patient care plans • Support patient independence and safe community living • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care team • Deliver care within outpatient and community-based settings

Requirements • Active Massachusetts RN license REQUIRED • Minimum 2 years recent RN experience REQUIRED • Comfortable working in both clinic and community/home settings REQUIRED • Strong assessment and care planning skills REQUIRED • Team-based care approach REQUIRED • Primary care or geriatrics experience preferred
