* Beautiful state-of-the-art integrated Cancer and Women's Centers * Location: Chandler, Arizona - (Dobson & Frye )travel to other locations required * Full-Time | Day Shift | Competitive Pay + Benefits
What You’ll Do:
* Prepare and sanitize exam rooms before and between patients * Room patients and record vital signs and assessments * Manage patient charts and electronic medical records (EMR) * Handle phone calls, referrals, and patient result notifications * Set up orders for transfusions, hospital admissions, phlebotomy, and more * Monitor prescription folders and assist with drug replacement programs * Coordinate special testing and physician requests
What We’re Looking For:
* Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)- **Only candidates who currently hold a valid Medical Assistant certification or the ability to obtain w/in 90 days will be considered*** * 1-2 years of MA experience in a fast-paced setting * Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills * Compassionate, team-oriented, and adaptable personality * EMR experience and computer proficiency a plus * Positive, professional attitude with a team-first mindset and a passion for oncology care
