Responsibilities: Provide skilled in-home nursing care to pediatric patients in accordance with physician-ordered care plans Perform assessments, monitor patient progress, and document clinical findings accurately Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed Educate patients and family members on care procedures, medications, and health management Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and care team members to ensure continuity of care Respond to changes in patient condition and adjust care plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standards Requirements: Active Florida RN license in good standing Pediatric nursing experience required (home health experience a plus) Current CPR/BLS certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and patient/family education abilities Compassionate, patient-centered approach with the ability to work independently About Us: Brightstar Care of Lakeland and Winter Haven is a trusted provider of in-home health care services, committed to delivering A Higher Standard of care to patients and families throughout the region.
