Physical Therapist Grandview, Missouri Full-Time $90,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience The Role We are looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to build a meaningful career in outpatient orthopedics. In this position, you will work with patients across different ages and activity levels, helping them improve strength, movement, pain management, and overall function. The caseload is primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal, with patients ranging from 11 to 90 years old. You will have the support of an established clinical team while still having the opportunity to grow your own skills and clinical confidence. Why Candidates Consider This Role Full-time Physical Therapist position Competitive salary based on experience New graduates are encouraged to apply Modern outpatient orthopedic clinic Collaborative team of PTs and PTAs Opportunity for mentorship, learning, and career development WebPT EMR system Preferred Work Schedule The clinic strongly prefers one of these two schedule options: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Monday–Friday Option Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Clinic Details Patient Volume: 7–15 patients daily Weekly Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 visits Team Structure: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants Patient Age Range: 11–90 years old Main Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions EMR System: WebPT Responsibilities Assess patients and identify areas affecting movement, strength, pain, and function Develop treatment plans that align with patient goals and clinical needs Provide physical therapy services for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Guide patients through exercises, movement retraining, balance work, and strengthening programs Provide manual therapy and other appropriate interventions Help patients understand their recovery plan and home exercises Track patient outcomes and revise treatment plans when appropriate Complete documentation using WebPT Work with PTAs and other team members to keep care consistent Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills Comfortable working with patients across different ages and activity levels Insurance Plans Accepted Patients are covered through a variety of insurance providers, including: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next move in your Physical Therapy career with a clinic that offers clinical variety, team support, and room to grow.
