POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient team in Starkville, MS. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment alongside experienced behavioral health professionals while providing care to patients across the lifespan.
The ideal candidate is patient-focused, team-oriented, and passionate about providing accessible psychiatric care in an outpatient setting.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations * Diagnose and treat behavioral health conditions across the lifespan * Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care * Develop individualized treatment plans * Collaborate with therapists and interdisciplinary clinical staff * Maintain timely and accurate documentation * Participate in treatment planning and patient education
QUALIFICATIONS
* Active PMHNP license in Mississippi or ability to obtain * DEA license or eligibility * Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * New graduates with relevant psychiatric clinical experience are encouraged to apply
