Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Nurse Manager (RN) in Waltham, Massachusetts.

POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient Primary Care RN leadership role supporting nursing operations, patient care coordination, and staff development • Leadership oversight across primary care and lab services within mission-driven community health environment • Opportunity to guide RNs and Medical Assistants while helping improve patient access and clinical workflows • Primarily operational leadership role with occasional hands-on clinical responsibilities • Collaborative environment supporting health equity and community-focused care delivery

SCHEDULE • Monday-Friday schedule • 8:00 AM-5:00 PM hours • Minimal evening oversight responsibilities • No weekends • No call coverage

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and support outpatient nursing operations across two clinic sites • Supervise and mentor RNs and Medical Assistants • Coordinate patient care workflows and support operational efficiency • Support staff development and team performance initiatives • Collaborate within interdisciplinary primary care environment • Provide occasional direct patient care support as needed

Requirements • Active Massachusetts RN license REQUIRED • Minimum 1-2 years nursing leadership or supervisory experience REQUIRED • Community health or primary care experience preferred • BLS certification REQUIRED • EMR proficiency REQUIRED • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills REQUIRED • Bilingual Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole skills welcomed but not required
