This role plays a critical part in coordinating care, supervising nursing staff, and maintaining a safe, compassionate environment. Key Responsibilities Provide and coordinate nursing care in accordance with resident care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care If you are a motivated RN looking for a rewarding role in a skilled nursing setting, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Del Rosa Villa team.
