Occupational Therapist - Parker at The Pavilion - Per diem - Hourly rate $53.00 - $58.00 (depending on experience) - The areas highest quality rehabilitation services providing a warm and compassionate environment - 8:30am - 5:00pm, (2) shifts monthly as needed, Monday - Friday - The Occupational Therapist will provide direct occupational therapy services to residents and participants of Parker with the goal of helping them them reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model of practice.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Masters of Occupational Therapy preferred or Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience required. * Valid NJ Occupational Therapy State licensure. * Valid NJ Driver's License. * Minimum one (1) year of experience; nursing care facility w/ geriatric patients preferred. * Homecare visits are required. * Flu vaccine required during flu season.

.Parker Rehab at Home Services (Home-Based)
Parker offers Rehabilitation Services – Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy – in the comfort of one’s home. We provide high quality, one-on-one individualized therapy sessions with the highest clinical outcomes for our participants. Program participants benefit from services offered in their own home by our dedicated care partners who are committed to meeting their needs. Mileage, cell phone reimbursement, and travel time to visits are additional and covered per Parker’s guidelines.
