Join our team at New England Orthopedic Surgeons, a region-leading, physician-owned orthopedic practice headquartered in Springfield, Massachusetts. We’re seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to our post-operative and non-operative orthopedic patients, at our Northampton office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Provide direct care to patients in a courteous, empathetic, and professional manner
* Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs
* Modify goals and treatment plans as needed based on patient progress
* Coordinate care efficiently, often managing two patients simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
* Perform necessary non-direct care tasks to support the rehabilitation process
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
* Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy License (required)
* Experience in orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation preferred, but not required
* Strong communication, time management, and clinical skills

SCHEDULE
* Full-time, Monday–Friday
* 8-hour shifts
* On-site role
COMPENSATION
Salary is based on experience, with a range of $75,000 – $110,000 annually.
