Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Nurse Manager (RN) in Brighton, Massachusetts.

POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient Nurse Manager leadership role overseeing clinic operations, staff development, and vaccine coordination • Opportunity to lead a well-supported clinical team within mission-driven community health environment • Primarily operational and leadership-focused role with occasional direct clinical care responsibilities • Leadership opportunity across two outpatient clinic locations • Collaborative environment focused on health equity and high-quality patient experiences

SCHEDULE • Monday-Friday schedule • 8:00 AM-5:00 PM hours • Limited evening oversight responsibilities • No weekends • No call expectations

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee outpatient nursing operations across two clinic sites • Lead, mentor, and support clinical nursing staff • Coordinate vaccine management and clinic workflows • Support patient flow management and operational efficiency • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient experiences • Maintain leadership oversight within mission-aligned community health setting

Requirements • Active Massachusetts RN license REQUIRED • Minimum 1-2 years leadership experience in primary care REQUIRED • BLS certification REQUIRED • Experience with EMR systems and patient flow management REQUIRED • Strong staff training and leadership skills REQUIRED • Collaborative leadership approach REQUIRED • Bilingual Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole skills welcomed but not required
