This per diem position offers a rate of $37 per visit in addition to the Benefits shown below. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities (Included, not limited to) Wound care Medication management Catheter management Diabetic Care Accurate and timely documentation Visits can range from basic wellness visits to education on disease management, follow up on MD visits and ordering supplies, wound care, medication management, etc. About us: VRNS is a clinician owned and operated home healthcare agency that truly promotes a strong work-life balance, provides continued support, and cares for their clinicians out in the field. Candidates must have MA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Minimum of 1-year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
