Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist to join our dynamic team at Any Lab Test Now. In this role, you will play a critical part in our mission to provide accessible and efficient laboratory services to our clients. You will be going between locations in Colorado Springs and Castle Rock. Driving time is paid.
Responsibilities: Perform phlebotomy procedures with precision and professionalism. Prepare patients for laboratory tests and procedures. Perform injections Perform drug, dna and rapid testing such as flu, strep, RSV, and COVID Collect and label specimens accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and answering calls Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Follow all safety and infection control protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely test results. Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Successful completion of a certified Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy program or equivalent experience. Proficiency in venipuncture and specimen collection techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a laboratory is a plus. Familiarity with laboratory equipment and procedures is an advantage.
We are looking for a part time individual who can potentially move to full time. Pay is DOE.
