Are you a passionate leader with a heart for seniors? Do you want to lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional care and promoting resident well-being? Located in Johns Creek, we are a 100% memory care community with a capacity for 44 residents. We're looking for an enthusiastic leader to design and lead the "clinical care" of our "caring" program.
What You'll Do:
* Be A Resident Care Hero: * Lead our amazing care team to provide the most compassionate and professional care, meeting all the rules and making sure our residents are thriving. * Keep things in line with the Department of Community Health's regulations, always watching out for our residents' well-being. * Constantly tweak and improve how we care for our residents, from their activities of daily living to medication management. * Build strong bonds with our residents, their families, and the community around us.
* Cheer on Your Team: * Keep our care team motivated and feeling supported, like a big family. * Help everyone stay on track with their training and make sure we're following all the rules. * Make sure everyone feels empowered to do their best and love what they do. * Be there for our residents whenever they need us, even after hours.
* Lead the Charge: * Join our leadership team and keep us all moving forward. * Keep an eye on how we're doing things and make sure it's all tip-top. * Safety first! Know all the rules and make sure we're sticking to them. * Show everyone how it's done when it comes to making people feel valued and happy. * Weave our wellness philosophy into everything we do.

We Want You If You Are:
* Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia * Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role in long-term care, assisted living, personal care home, or skilled nursing * Proven track record of providing compassionate and high-quality care to seniors * A communication wiz with top-notch organization and time management skills * Experienced with supervising and mentoring staff * A people person with a genuine love for others * Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite proficiency * Flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, and some overtime * Compassionate, hard-working, and ready to join our team
