Employer-paid life and long-term disability insurance Holiday bonuses Discounted meals, Employee education assistance, Referral bonus program RN Supervisor – Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial and frequent rounds to assess resident care and conditions Supervise, direct, and support healthcare staff Communicate concerns to administrative staff as needed Assist with resident care duties when required Build strong relationships with residents and families Complete documentation according to company, state, and federal standards Oversee resident admissions, discharges, and transfers Respond professionally to emergencies in both residential and skilled settings Participate in on-call rotation and assignments Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of South Carolina CPR Certification Two years of supervisory experience Strong clinical assessment abilities Basic computer proficiency Ready to Make a Meaningful Impact?
