About this role
The CNA / RA follows all relevant policies and procedures and works within the Nursing Assistant-Certified scope of practice. Activities of the CNA / RA are supervised by the nurse on duty during the shift, and the CNA / RA reports important resident information to the nurse during the shift and at change-of-shift report.

Required Qualifications:
* Upon hire: Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License * Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
* 1 year of customer service or healthcare administrative experience

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
