Provide WOW! Customer Service to our members and families Assist with class scheduling, enrollment, and billing Help families find the right swim lesson program for their child Work in a sales capacity to enroll new members Follow up with prospective and current members Support events and activities at the school Work as part of a team to create a fun and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
A positive, energetic attitude Enjoys working with children and families Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player with a willingness to learn Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required All team members must successfully pass a required background screening prior to training.
